Hotel Century Reforma Mexico City

It was fine base for travelling to Mexico City, I was glad to stay there.

Though everything was fine, some of the staff were bad.

we thoroughly enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. the staff was polite, which completely made a comfortable experience for us.

The place was well-kept, with its helpful staff at reception desk.

Standard double room was carpeted with exceptionally comfortable bed. Best possible location for our visit to a famous monument just a short walk away from the hotel. Shops and a small shopping mall were right next door.

Had an excellent stay in the hotel, everything was great. The restaurant was good on ground floor, we ordered excellent dishes. Magnificent and marvellous location, within walking distance of Glorieta de Insurgentes.

I loved staff and location, which were great! The restaurant had amazing food.

I had really nice days staying at this old-fashioned hotel. I came here with my wife.

It was a really enjoyable time staying at this fairly decent hotel. It had small casual restaurant. Rooftop bar and staff was terrific.

I stayed here 5 nights and I loved it. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The venue was always fairly clean, had VERY GOOD location and food.

It was charming little hotel and we had an extra special stay. Ideal location ; beautiful view from the room ; supporting staff. The staff created a comfortable atmosphere. Having different bottled drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch. Had no problem using their overnight parking, the internet was fast.

The hotel has good staff and location, I liked it. Found in a cute area. What's more, getting to El Under on foot takes about 5 mins. Incredible views and beautiful garden. Btw, it has private parking.

The hotel was excellent, but I stayed for 1 night only. Brilliant location ; lovely bed ; warm room. The staff was willing to help and especially phenomenal. Own beach nearby, that was what I liked.

I loved the very central location and the room was non-smoking. Lots of awesome food for meals. Beds were too soft, nonetheless it was truly a relaxing stay. Staff informative & was willing to help.

Views appeared to be pretty bad.

Perfect stay, as always. We loved our fully renovated rooms, plus the staff was approaching. Spacious suite and good bed. The breakfast was delicious, all meals were nice. Modern interior, excellent restaurant. Nice garden outside.

It was a really good experience in a cute hotel. I loved the beds, they were great, and how affable the staff was. The room was pretty standard and pretty standard. Easy check in and late check out. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, just superb location.

I didn't like that there was no water pressure.

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Mexico City. Spent my time lovely here, I loved it...

Fairly clean and incredibly beautiful hotel with public parking. Insurgentes subway station you can get within 5 minutes walk. Super-friendly crew, perfect service.

Awesomely helpful staff, clean hotel, new room. It is equipped with a bath, which is a bonus.

We really enjoyed it. Excellent breakfast and friendly personnel. Juarez district was worth exploring. We had a GREAT view of city from our room.

good value compared to other hotels. there were really nice staff and views. we dined out at cosmos karaoke, set very close to the hotel. our room was large enough and we had sunny balcony.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like La Casa de Tono that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We had a private balcony. No complains at all with the hotel. Incredible base for a city trip in Mexico City
